A. Members receive access to our 24 hour email and telephone facility, this comes with a lot of great privileges, benefits and discounts on selected services. Our team will be available to you 24 hrs every day of the year to handle all bookings, reservations, events, or anything legally possible members may wish for.

Q. What can I request for?
A. Members can requests for all that they require, there is no request too small or too big, providing all requests are legal and not in breach of any government laws, The SaVVy Concierge™ is dedicated to meeting your requirements. The SaVVy Concierge™ has also tailored its services to meet today’s urban lifestyle; generally we provide our concierge services along the Travel, Entertainment, Food & Drink, Health & Beauty and Home & Personal sectors. You may require a chauffeur or private jet, restaurant reservations, or reservations at spas and gyms, or you need to find a new property, furnishings for your home or simply getting your dry cleaning done, it will only take a call.

A. All requests are received immediately and our team is always ready to assist you and carry out your requests.

Q. Do I speak to an automated voice?
A. Never, our commitment is to save members time and support them. We have a dedicated team that handles members' calls individually.

Q. Who is your ideal member?
A. Our Ideal member is an individual who lives a busy life and does not have enough time to source out appropriate services or occasions. Individuals who require one point of contact for every situation or service. Our members emphasise on detail and reliability, finesse and excellence from all services they use.

Q. Where do members turn to if they are not satisfied or the service fails to meet their requirements?
A. We always make sure all requirements are met, if for any reason a members is not satisfied, they should immediately contact The SaVVy Concierge™ and we will do everything we can to resolve all issues.

Q. Are my details safe and secure?
A. Any information we collect about our members is solely to provide services and information from our team, and comply with the 1998 data protection act.
