Established in 1991, in the heart of Fitzrovia, this gem of a restaurant has gained some of the highest accolades possible under the guidance of David Moore and Shane Osborn. Head chef since 1999 Shane Osborn, dreams up and executes some of the most exciting food in London. Main courses such as, Rabbit Saddle Wrapped in Parma ham, Rabbit Ravioli with Borlotti Beans, Broad Beans, Grelot Onions and Pommery Mustard Sauce and deserts are beautiful, Caramelised Apples with Walnut Frangipan, Cinnamon Ice Cream and Beurre Noisette.
