By accessing the content of The SaVVy Concierge™. The SaVVy Concierge™ members
All members are subject to approval by the The SaVVy Concierge™ application processing team. When you submit your application, The SaVVy Concierge™ will contact you within three working days if your application is successful.
All members must provide correct and up-to-date information about him / her upon application, members must also contact The SaVVy Concierge™ immediately when / if any of their details change.
Members will be required to input their correct name, address, age, gender, date of birth and any other required contact details and fields, and must be up- to -date, failure to do so will result in your application being rejected.
Members will be required to provide their credit card and payment details in order for us to process your application. Only if your application is successful will any membership fees be deducted. Members will be contacted if their application is successful.
Payment for memberships will only be debited from your credit/debit card (payment method) when your application is successful, and you give us permission and authorisation to do so, thereafter will be deducted monthly or annually from your method of payment according to your subscription. Subscriptions to membership is on an annual basis, where the full amount of current membership will be deducted once your application has been approved, thereafter would be deducted 30 days before or on the renewal date which is the same day every year your membership was activated.
If at anytime The SaVVy Concierge™ increases the membership fees, current members would not be charged the difference in the increase however, for the next renewal of your membership, you would be required to pay the current amount.
Members agree that The SaVVy Concierge™ hold the right to cancel and withdraw any member’s subscription when any term or condition is not met.
SERVICES
Members agree that, any request and any enquires for any service must at all times be legal and must not breach any government laws. If any request cannot be met or provided for any reason, The SaVVy Concierge™ will contact the member as soon as possible, offering the nearest similar service. All services provided by suppliers or affiliates are subject to their availability, suppliers and affiliates also hold the right to add or alter services, The SaVVy Concierge™, will keep its members up-to-date with any alterations.
Our affiliates and partners supply all services, benefits and privileges, excluding The SaVVy Concierge™ services. They also hold the right to any final decision regarding the services they provide. Any member using services from a supplier or any services purchased by members through The SaVVy Concierge™ will be subject to the terms and conditions of that particular service. Members agree that The SaVVy Concierge™ will not be held responsible if any services from suppliers or affiliates cause injury, risk, damage or any kind of health problems to its members.
Members confirm that when they request services directly from affiliates or companies which The SaVVy Concierge™ integrates, without using our team, The SaVVy Concierge™ will not be held responsible for any disputes, repayments or unresolved issues and agree that any legal rights and proceedings should be taken up with the affiliate or supplier. Members confirm that they would not be allowed to cancel any request and would not receive their payments back of any services once they have authorised us to carry out a request and the request is operational, however this does not apply if suppliers and affiliates agree to cancel operations.
Members agree to supply correct details when they use our services, and confirm that any payment method used (credit /debit card) is in their name and have sufficient funds available to pay for the related service. The SaVVy Concierge™ may at your request order and purchase services, as well as products on your behalf, and pay for these services it be through our accounts or cash. Members agree and authorise us to debit the related amount from their payment method (credit / debit card) within 30 days of the deadline to pay, you also agree to pay any charges incurred by credit/debit card processing when deducting the amount from your payment method.
All ticket related sales are final, except if any event is cancelled by suppliers or affiliates, members are entitled to receive a refund on their ticket price only and agree that charges for any delivery will not be refunded. When tickets are being delivered we will send them via special delivery, members agree that The SaVVy Concierge™ or any of our suppliers and affiliates will not be held responsible for failed delivery.
The SaVVy Concierge™ is a trading name of The SaVVy Club ®.
